This print is framed under acrylic glass using acid-free materials in a new custom red oak frame with a striking cream linen mat. Finished with sturdy Lineco backing and hanging hardware. Finished size is approximately 12" x 20".

Locke honors the memories of his ancestors by using ledger paper dated September 24, 1898 from a Black Hills grocery store, a time and place so significant in Sioux history. Native artists have used ledger paper since that time, making it part of the Native Art tradition.
